Return & Refund Policy

At Nabanta, your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in providing high-quality apparel, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Return


You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item
  • You ordered the wrong size and wish to exchange (subject to availability)

2. Conditions for Return


To qualify:

  • You must initiate the request within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • Tags must be intact and the product must be in resalable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items


We do not accept returns for:

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

4. How to Request a Return


Please email us at support@nabanta.com with the following:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images of the item (if damaged or wrong)
  • Reason for return or exchange

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Refunds


Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will:

  • Approve or reject the refund request
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • In case of COD orders, refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer

6. Exchange Policy


Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective products:

  • We will arrange a replacement or guide you through the exchange process
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

7. Shipping for Returns


  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item)
  • For reverse pickups (if offered), charges may apply and will be communicated in advance
