Nabanta is based in Burdwan, West Bengal, and operates under the brand Crafteekart, owned by SK Firoj Ali.

2. Are your clothes ethically made?

Yes! We work with responsible manufacturers in Tiruppur, the textile hub of India, and our founder personally oversees production to ensure ethical and quality practices.

3. How can I return or exchange a product?

You can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at support@nabanta.com. Read our Return Policy for full details.

4. How do I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Please email us immediately with your order ID.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

6. Do you offer bulk or customized orders?

Currently, we do not offer bulk customization, but stay tuned — we’re working on adding this feature soon!
